using cornerRadius attribute, one can now add a corner radius to the top right and top left corners of the bottom bar.
currently available for API21+ but planning to extend it back to API16
best practice : to achieve better UI symmetry, it's better to set the cornerRadius and indicatorRadius the same value.

          add RoundRectDrawable to be used for creating rounded background

          add attibutes to SmoothBottomBar to accept bar corner radius

- The default value is set to 0
- Currently works for API21+
