- updated the version of cardano-node to 8.7.2, updated the appropriate genesis files for Conway
- much better documentation for the setup and examples (counter and DEX)
- added CARDANO_NODE_SOCKET_PATH to .envrc to make it available when using Jambhala scripts
- a few minor bugfixes
