Holle How to calculate the total mass of the liquid infiltration in the porous medium per time step? Darcy flow with heat advection and conduction, using Water97 properties[Mesh] [GlobalParams] [Variables] [PorousFlowBasicTHM] [BCs] [FluidProperties] [Materials] [thermal_expansion] [Preconditioning] [Executioner] [Outputs] Thanks |

Hello create an auxiliary variable or a material property that is equal to the local fluid density. There should be one computed by the module already. Use Debug/show_material_props to see what properties are being defined. Then use a postprocessor that does an element-wise integration of the material property over the domain. It will be named something like Guillaume |

Mass, computed as the product of fluid density, saturation and porosity integrated over the block. You can choose which fluid component, which phases etc.
The units are mass units, which is most likely kg (as the fluid properties used give density in kg/m3)
