It's a convenience helpful to create mesh dimension independent code

add two constant variable
_grad_phi_zero
_grad_test_zero

Impact

Nope, just an additional feature

@arovinelli seems grad_phi_zero is in but not grad_test_zero. Do you still think it s needed?
