Create virtually translated points during MultiApp transfers

Reason

For some use cases, an artificial mesh layer is inserted into the computational domain. The mesh with the artificial layer is used in one simulation (e.g., a sub-app). The simulation solution needs to be transferred back to the original domain in another simulation (e.g., master app).

We want the solution can be transferred back as if there was no artificial mesh layer. That is, the solution should be matched at a given material point.

Design

We virtually translate mesh points to get rid of the effects of the artificial mesh during the solution transfers.
