Reason

To quantify the diffusive flux at an interface for FHR modeling, we need to have this specific object that can compute the diffusive flux between two blocks with two different diffusivity material properties / two different variable names for the local temperature.

Design

Inspired by SideDiffusiveFlux and InterfaceFVKernels

Impact

Improve VTB modeling
