Reason

Currently the transfer can only transfer a standard variable to postprocessors of subapps. Sometimes, we want to transfer a component of an array variables to postprocessors of subapps.

Design

We need to add a parameter to the transfer for specifying which component are to be transferred that can default to 0 for standard variables.

Impact

A new feature.
