Motivation

We are hitting errors with negative temperatures and cant understand why.
one reason could be the wide range in 'e' so we need a log spaced grid

the other helpful items would be to see the (v,e) to (p,T) grid

Design

Development in TabulatedFP

  • add parameter for log_e grid
  • add CSV output of the grids for ve to pT conversions
