Everything looks good except for the corrections to macos_machine
that I noted in each conda_build_config.yaml
.

A change to a MOOSE contrib is forcing that we move the MacOS minimum to Big Sur (SDK 11.x). This should be fine, as we state we only support the last two MacOS versions anyway (Big Sur was 4 versions ago). Remove unnecessary cruft from several conda_build_config files. Closes idaholab#27670
