Installation

Run App Manager from menubar (Apps -> App Manager)
Select and install KEGGscape

Importing KGML by KEGGscape

From file

Download KGML from KEGG, you can find the KGML download link in KEGG pathway menu
Import KGML from menubar (File -> Import -> Network -> File)

From URL

Import KGML over the internet from menubar (File -> Import -> Network -> URL)
For example the URL is like http://rest.kegg.jp/get/eco00010/kgml. In this case you will import eco00010 (E. coli Glycolysis pathway).
