If a chair uploads a ppt or pptx, a pdf gets created.
The same should happen if a chair approves a ppt or pptx suggested by a presenter.

Fixed in c43dcaa:

Add the ppt* to pdf conversion to the approve-suggested-slides workflow. Fixes #2762. Commit ready for merge.
