This addresses the "Allowable "tel" contacts; publishing allowed contact schemes and their ACME-specific restrictions" thread on the mailing list by removing "tel" URIs from the "contact" array examples.
The current ACME specs don't define what parts of the "tel" URI scheme are suitable for use in a contact. This commit removes the "tel" contacts from the examples. To still show that multiple contacts can be submitted, I added in a second "mailto" to each example instead.
If I forgot a "tel" contact or a second "mailto" replacement, please let me know.
If there are ideas on how to clarify that other schemes are supported, but that the CAs are responsible for documenting what subsets of what additional schemes are supported, please let me know either here or on the "Allowable "tel" contacts; publishing allowed contact schemes and their ACME-specific restrictions" thread on the mailing list.
