Draft 02: Expand multiplexed fields within v1 and v6 bit definitions

Section 5.1: Figure 6 (and also Figure 10) contain the
time_hi_and_version field. Why not make the version field separate, as it is for example in Figure 7? Make the "var" field separate as well.

Kyzer:

In UUIDv1 this is from the old document and kept for historical reasons (many libraries use this descriptor in the code or documentation) For UUIDv6 we kept it to better show the relationship between the two layouts.

Consensus from the group was to modify these since they cause confusion. Same for clk_seq_hi_res

Kyzer:

This will cause lots of rippling changes to v1/v6 sections along with appendix examples for both. Need to be meticulous that this expansion is handled properly. Better for next draft to focus on just that change.
