Added first pass at #43, hit the bit layout and definitions for v1/v6 and the test vectors.
Need to discuss what we want to do with section "Creating UUIDv1 through UUIDv5 Value" which is relied heavily on v1 naming scheme that I just changed...

Possibly need some net-new C code examples for v1, v3, v4, v5 and remove that entirely.
