Logging into toot currently requires an Email and Password but Pawoo.net allows users to login via basically oauth with Pixiv, meaning I don't have a password at all. This hasn't been a problem with other applications because they use the website to login and get an API key.

@thebitstick Done, try using toot login_browser for proper 2fa.
