Description of the Change

Added several links to various directories/files mentioned in README.md.

Can modify the page further.

Benefits

Better user experience when navigating through the repo.

@ihhub Yes, with no doubt! I will take a look and if my current skill set allows me to, certainly contribute more. If it doesn't, I will need to take some time on doing a bit of a research on CUDA and OpenCL.
