upgrade maps to 2020 tiles

Sometime over the past 2 years or so, both Bluehost and Archive.org have becomes horribly slow — unbearably so, taking hours if not days to download our .mbtiles "continents" :

So I've posted all ~18 of George's latest "2020" core files to an S3 / rclone service that appears to be 10X to 100X faster, and most important offers unlimited downloads unlike Wasabi.

(I've asked George to confirm but he seems busy — hopefully he can confirm soon!)

@georgejhunt FYI the default download site for .mbtiles "continents" is currently:

Line 37 above really means downloading from http://timmoody.com/iiab-files/maps/*

That should likely change soon, e.g. with this PR currently offering 4 options enumerated here:
