Oops false alarm...while Kolibri's above 0.12.3 milestone read "100% complete" yesterday...

FYI Kolibri 0.12.3 is likely in coming days, as the LE [Learning Equality] development team is moving on to work on 0.12.4 and 0.13.x now:

Kolibri 0.12.3's .pex file for pip installs was just released at https://learningequality.org/download/ and I've now quickly tested it as a part of IIAB, so far so good! (I smoke-tested using http://box/kolibri on Ubuntu 18.04, 16.04 and Raspbian Desktop.)

@KW4NP and @kananigit can you corroborate 0.12.3 is working well for you on RPi 3 B+ in coming days if you have time? (And/or on any other OS's like Debian 9.9 or a pre-release of Debian 10 Buster?)
