doesn't work with current or previous napari version

Hi, I tried to install and use your plug-in, but sadly it doesn't work anymore.
With the current napari version 0.4.18 the plug-in doesn't open at all and with the last 0.4.17 I run into a crash when clicking the run button.

Could you provide info about the last environment your plug-in worked, please?
Would be happy just to just receive a requirements or yml file to built a environment where the plug-in should work.
