While working on #184 I realized that there are all sorts of problems in the CUA configuration:

There are two "Submit Date" filters, and one is actually using the "Output Type" field
A few labels are incorrect (Drylands!)
ICARDA subject is configured in the XML file, but doesn't show up in the user interface
Many strings are untranslated (ISI Journal) so you see the string name when you generate the graph
We should probably order these filters alphabetically like we do for both the Search filters and Discovery sidebars

A lot of these need to be fixed in:

dspace/config/modules/atmire-cua.cfg
dspace/modules/xmlui/src/main/webapp/i18n/aspects/Statistics/messages.xml
