Add metadata field for WLE Phase II research themes

Need to add a new metadata field like cg.identifier.wlethemepii for WLE's Phase II research themes and then tag the existing items in each of their research themes collections with the following themes:

• Decision Analysis and Information: Regenerating Degraded Landscapes
• Gender, Poverty and Institutions: Gender, Youth and Inclusivity
• Land and Water Productivity: Land and Water Solutions
• Managing Resource Variability and Competing Use: Variability, Risks and Competing Uses
• Recovering and Reusing Resources in Urbanized Ecosystems: Rural-Urban Linkages
• Regenerating Degraded Agricultural Ecosystems: Regenerating Degraded Landscapes

Note: items from the first collection (Decision Analysis...) will be tagged with the Regenerating Degraded Landscapes theme and moved to that collection eventually (and the old collection will be deleted). The Ecosystem Services and Resilience  collection/theme will be handled later (ask Mia).

I suggested that we add a field for the Phase I themes and that we tag existing items with those historical themes for posterity before moving them.

After discussions we decided to only add one new metadata field—cg.identifier.wletheme—and store both Phase I and Phase II research themes in it. We will create a new sub-community for the Phase II research themes and create collections for each theme there, similar to how the current Phase I "Research Themes" sub-community is.

Items in both Phase I and II research theme collections will be tagged with appropriate theme names.

The following Phase II themes will be added to the submission template:

• Regenerating Degraded Landscapes
• Gender, Youth and Inclusivity
• Land and Water Solutions
• Variability, Risks and Competing Uses
• Rural-Urban Linkages
