New admin screen navbar confusing

While we are in the Adminn Screens, here's a note about the Lefhand Navigation
-> this now sports a nice expand / collapse feature that groups the various Admin page 'categories'
BUT: if you expand say 'Network Settings' and then navigate from that to one of it's entries (eg 'Manage Profanity') - on the resilting page the Lefthand Nav is back at the DEFAULt expansion of 'User Settings'
-> this more than confusing... the expansion of 'Network Settings' should stick
