fix(admin-tools): sorting donation with date is failing

User Story

As an Admin, I want to sort the Donation by Date but when we do not pass end date it automatically adds a random date value to end date and vice verse . See the Video for more information

Current Behavior

I currently not able to sort date only by using on date parameter I have to enter start and end date both

Expected Behavior

I expect to sort the Donation by either entering the start date or vice versa and both

Issues Summary

Not able to reproduce the issues in a new as well as in old setup so closing this issues
