Fix homebrew tap #68

Homebrew tap is way out of date, goreleaser should be able to generate a new one. Not sure if it will help with launching Inbucket at boot.

Should probably wait until we've adopted dependency management before working on this.

We now have go modules: #121 - someone needs to investigate if/how they integrate with homebrew

I don't use MacOS anymore, and there seems to be no demand for this, so I've deleted the homebrew repo.
