Related to #735 and #736, it would be good if the AUP requirement could be switched off for service accounts, i.e. the ones whose sole purpose is to own robot certificates or token clients used by grid services. In the DB this might be implemented through an expiration date very far in the future. Only VO admins shall be able to configure such behavior for the accounts in question.
