ABANDONED: Due to a combination of changes in Rails & Rack-CORS that were integrated in Mastodon 2.3, it is impossible for Tooter to work correctly as a standalone client. Due to this, I have made the decision to abandon development of Tooter, and unpublish the extension from the app stores.
Tooter is a browser extension that lets you easily share content to Mastodon, by adding 'toot' buttons and options on various sharing sites and services.

Merge the manifest.json.chrome to manifest.json.default and rename it to manifest.json, and import the unpacked extension directly at chrome://extensions/
- adds 'toot' and 'toot and tweet' buttons to the Twitter share dialogue
- adds 'toot' and 'toot and tweet' buttons to the TweetDeck New Tweet panel
