Display last changed date/time for details and contacts

In comparing the data from our billing and other databases, we need to know if the member has supplied more recent information.

It would be good to display in the member details and contact details, when the information was last changed.

The last updated time for contacts and users is now available via the Contacts and Users tables from the left hand menu. Find the contact / user you are interested in and hit the eye / view button.

Slightly hidden away but I don't want to litter the primary interface with information very few will ever (if at all) use. I'm not sure I've ever looked at this information for example.
