Considerable speed improvements

This release now runs a lot faster (5m to 30s for 500 repos):

• Gets the state of all existing Notion rows at startup to use for comparison to see if we need to update
• Uses the hash of the service data to not update un-necessarily
• Gets Github repo data in batches (defineable)

Only update Notion if something has changed

This release adds a Hash column that is used to only update Notion if something has changed, which avoids flooding your Update feed un-necessarily. This is a breaking change - you need to ensure you have a Hash (text) column.
