fix: minor ui bugs and improvements

Summary

• fix delete message to show all the group / user name instead of truncate the string
• add metadata on the destination page
• remove the tabs on the destination detail page
• fix off styling for the add provider page
• modify the flow when add group - after click add on create group, user will be redirected to the detail page of the group that the user just created
