Part 4. Lucky Shield

The Lucky Shield is a super cool addition to an internet-connected board like the Tian. It comes with a plethora of sensors and features:

  • Relays
  • PIR Motion Sensor
  • Ambient Light Sensor
  • Humidity Sensor
  • Temperature Sensor
  • Pressure sensor
  • 3-axis magnetometer
  • 3 Axis accelerometer
  • Buzzer
  • Joystick

For this project we are just going to be reading from the Light, Humidity, Temperature, and Pressure sensors, but adding any of the others is very straightforward!

To attach the Lucky shield to the Tian, simply align the pins and push down. Make sure the Tian is powered down when you do this!
