v0.4.0 - Level objects editing

This release adds support for level object editing!

It also contains an annoying crash with some level properties - please use a newer version instead

Create, delete, and modify objects in levels, which makes this feature a big step closer to fan mission support.

Furthermore it includes the following:

• Incorporated early user feedback: texture selection is based on a horizontal gallery again (no more combo boxes). Additionally, tooltips show further information.
• Fixed text import. Texts are now properly terminated, blocked, and limited. Single-line texts only allow up to 79 characters, and Paper texts are blocked and terminated to be properly shown in the game.
