This change aims to imply that this known issue only occurs while the Shorts shelves are hidden.
The current language strongly states that "Official headers ... are hidden." which sounds like they are always hidden since this message appears even when the toggle is disabled.
Another solution would be to only show the warning of the side effect when the toggle is enabled, but I believe this language change suffices.
