feat(YouTube/Custom Shorts action buttons): add outlined version of actual youtube shorts action buttons

these changes will add stock yt shorts action buttons in outline form. with these icons, the buttons column will look like this

i set these outline icons to default, since it seemed more appropriate to have actual outline icons as default instead of tiktok style ones, i can revert that change if you wish

I don't know if it's worth to replace the current set of stock icons with these outlined, instead to get them enabled with a single bool override.

Should be enough easy to do, because this shorts player sidebar shouldn't not been migrated to litho lib yet.
