[DDW-323|DDW-499] Updates maximum delegation amount calculation and cardano-wallet version

This PR updates maximum delegation amount calculation to take dynamic desiredPoolNumber from the Api.
It also updates cardano-wallet to the latest available release - 2020-11-26.

Screenshots

Current state (desired number of pools = 150). Calculated values are now more precise:

• Circulating supply: 31.736.470.500 - shown as 31.7B ADA
• Max delegation amount: 211.576.470 - shown as 211.5 ADA

Future state (desired number of pools = 500). These screenshots show how stake pool slider values will look once desiredPoolNumber is increased to 500 on 6th of December. This is for representational purposes only. If you run Daedalus prior to this date you will still get to see the old values (shown on the top 2 screenshots). Storybook is hardcoded to old values too!
