[DDW-1068] Wrong fund title

This PR changes how the fund number (part of the fund name) is retrieved. Before it was the id from catalyst API response, but the id is not immediately updated due to some integration with the voting app. Now it is retrieved from the fund name. This is need because the next fund name is not yet part of the API response, but it will be proposed for addition.

• All existing acceptance tests are still up-to-date
• New feature/change is covered by Daedalus Testing scenario
• All existing Daedalus Testing scenarios are still up-to-date

After Review

• Update Slack QA thread by marking it with a green checkmark
