…to OicDevice. Split OicPlatform out of OicDevice. Move register() and unregister() to OicServer. Add OicClient interface, implemented by OIC, and move there the CRUD methods of OicResource. Add OicError. Rename 'children' to 'links' and move it to OicResourceInit. Add getPlatformInfo() method.Improve event definitions. Improve algorithmic steps. Update examples.
