Hi, sorry for a pedantic question, but could you clarify the dual licensing aspect.

Can downstream recipients of this code choose to license it just under 3-Clause BSD terms or just under GPLv2 terms. Or is dual licensing meant to be the combination of 3-Clause BSD AND GPLv2 terms.

Hi,
Yes, downstream recipients of this code can choose to license it just under 3-Clause BSD terms or just under GPLv2 terms.
It is up to you to choose the license that suits you better.

Add SPDX license expression to Cargo.toml

Upon receiving a request to clarify the license of the `ittapi-rs` crate, this change modifies the `Cargo.toml` to include the licenses used by this repository. As clarified by intel#12, either license can be used.
