Recognize if IsClient, do not translate false path

Recognize if IsClient then ... and if not IsClient then ... and ignore translating false path in code reader (and same for C#). It would make making conditional divergence between client/server behavior easier.

Another less custom solution would be a macroed method that executes one or another of its function arguments, but that would look not as clean to use.
