Add additional parameters to the Wallet Address

Context

Open Payments Get Wallet Address request allows for additional properties to be returned:

but Rafiki does not support changing those fields just yet:

We would like to add support in Rafiki to add and update these additional properties for wallet addresses. An additional property can be for example, IBAN (JOPACC example).

We should allow Rafiki to be able to add additional properties for wallet addresses during wallet address creation, as well as when updating wallet addresses.
