It is the site of Institute of History of Ukraine NAS of Ukraine and at the moment it has 3546 books available for reading online. And new ones are constantly added.
Books are mostly in Ukrainian.
Can be used for importing new books, but the problem is there seems to be no standardized field for publisher, though all other data needed for creation of books seems to be available.
Site is available in 40 languages. If you change language, book titles also get translated into the language you have chosen.
