Pilot 3

Based on gistr@0.7.6, spreadr@0.14.2.

On 9/01/2017, on Prolific Academic.

Goals: check that tree shaping (i.e. collisions) is a solved problem.

Lessons

The problem is nearly completely solved if we have less users than available trees at any given moment (to make sure there is always at least one free tree). The last few glitches could be solved by making tree serving atomic, tracking the lock with a profile, and unlocking when that profile requests something else (or when timed out, with a very long duration).
