Add to order template functionality is not working properly on product rows

Actual Behavior
If you want to add a product to a new order template on a product row the new order template is created but the order template is empty afterwards

Expected Behavior
If you add a product to a new order template on a product row the new order template is created and the order template contains the product.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• login to PWA as a business customer
• browse categories, switch the list view to row in the upper right corner of the subcategory page
• click add to order template button on one of the products
• select the radio button for a new order template and enter an order template name
• click the order template link in the success message
  -> the created order template is empty
