1. Remove ability to modify quantity of build outputs once the build has been created

Hey @wolffam I've made some extensive changes to how the build system works - see #1063

You can now keep track of stock which is "trackable" through a build process. On completion of a build output, the trackable stock is installed inside the output of the build, while the non-trackable stock is simply removed from the database.
