Unarchive payment method

Hi !

Suppose i'd like to force a customer to pay with paypal because i want to use his payment to buy his some parts for him. I'd like to disable other payment methods and re-enable it after. At the moment, i see i can archive a payment method but i didn't find any way to re-enable it.
I didn't lost anything because i did a DB backup before.

Is there a trick ?

Rather than archive the gateway with our latest version (2.8) you could temporarily set the gateway max limit to 0.
