[Feature request] Add team members for time tracking #1243

We support adding user who can create tasks, can you clarify a bit. Are you suggesting that they should only be able to create tasks, not invoices, clients, etc. |
Yes, right. A friend of mine has a small company with 5 designers & coders which need to track their times & expenses but should not have access to customer data like invoices etc because invoicing is assigned to the accounting assistent. Another example is an engineering office with 10 engineers which work in projects for bridge building. The engineers just have to track their times and expenses on the project and all other work is done by accounting. |

Are there any news in this regard? Can we hope to see that feature in a not-so-far away future version? Would be a key reason for us to use InvoiceNinja instead of another software. |

I was hit by this issue today when I wanted to setup a new employee to use the time tracking feature. It would be tremendously helpful if a user could be limited to just view clients, projects, tasks and expenses - but not "see" the invoicing part at all... Given that the two referenced issues are closed: What would be needed to implement the above? |

Oopsie - understand... what a pity... I was hoping that we'd be getting closer to seeing such a feature as it would make it easier for our "time tracking" employees to use the software... |

Add support for teams so that team members are able to gather time entries for projects/tasks.
Maybe these permissions could be extended later for project-based expenses (eg railway tickets, travel costs by car, fuel, parking tickets)
