User rights for employees (e.g. time tracking and tasks)

Issue
It's possible to create users without giving them access to invoices and other business relevant data by just not ticking any of the rights options. They can still access APPURL/time_tracker, which is great.

Unfortunately they can't save their tracked times unless you give them edit/create rights. But then they can create offers, invoices, clients etc. which they shouldn't be able to.

Background
We are a small web design business and just started using Invoice Ninja to manage our clients and expenses. So far, we love the software so we gladly paid for white labeling.

We plan to use it to track the work of employees and freelance designers, too. It should be possible to create normal users who can use time tracker and tasks without having access to other areas of Invoice Ninja, which are used to manage the business.
