Removes the "android 19" part since is not relevant to us, and adds information about the
Intent.ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT
fallback as I think it's important for our users and it's not mentioned in the official docs, but it was mentioned in some blogs.In my testing I've seen devices that got the backported photo picker even if I didn't add that xml, but better stick to the official docs as that might be a bug and might change in the future.
