Define icon button states

How should the icon buttons behave on tap, hold, click, etc.? @bensperry

As is, when the button is made invisible? Not sure yet. We might want to
either darken/lighten the icon with CSS. The alternative is we display a
slight "white glow," which is popular among mobile apps these days (See any
Google app).
