bug: blank screen when i am running app on simulator ionic 3

i am getting blank screen when i am running app on simulator

i had searched for this issues and tried solving with different methods like screen below

above didn't worked i am getting same issue.

can you please suggest any solutions or links which i can follow to solve this.
