Does this include everything that's in the scaffold, or could the solution be more bare-bones, perhaps with templates to add more functionality? |

* added function new to clone master of project scaffold into working directory * added scaffold as argument for new command * removed line endings in template file * hook up new type of newcommand * add failing test create new scaffold * updated help for new * renamed command * created a hidden noargs argument to activate help from Argu * renamed module to scaffold * added unit to function
